Helping bring the PMBOK Guide to life, the class will review the processes PMI recommends be used to organize and manage projects. Covering PMI’s initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing process groups, the class will demonstrate how Project Management is used to organize people, processes, resources and logistics. Helping you build your organizational skills, the class will review the management framework used to ensure investments made in projects yield positive results.
